NORTHERN TRUSLINIA !
Northern Truslinia is the highlight of the city. For anyone that has hope to eventually make a better life for themselves, this is where they look up to. This part of Truslinia is ten times better than the southern half. The cats living here have the wealth and the power. Most of the cats here either are part of the law or they have the shaky favor of the Raliette House. Some might even have favor of the Fahrin and Drestine Houses, but cats living off of their sticks here are extremely rare.
